    • How much is the cost of membership?
      • It's a one-time $1.99 for life-time membership.
    • I made a payment of $1.99 for membership, but I cannot login to my account.
      • When you make a payment in PayPal, you should return to our website automatically. However, if for any reason you leave PayPal without going back to our website, payment process will be interrupted and your account stays in "Inactive" phase. Please contact us with your PAYPAL TRANSACTION ID (login to your PayPal account and get the transaction id) or use see quetion number 4.
    • I lost my access code. How can I retrieve it?
      • Go to the member area login page, which is located at:

      • Click on Lost your access code and follow a simple instruction to receive your access code.
    • I tried to log in but my access code is not active. How can I activate my access code?
      • In order to activate your access code, you are going to need a transaction number, that indicates your membership payment. You will find this transaction number in your PayPal account (or the email you have received from PayPal). Use the transaction number in the following form and activate your access code:

    • I have joined Ultimate Web Search membership through a re-sell website and made a successful payment, but my account is not active.
      • It does not matter whether you have used Ultimate Web Search main website or any of the re-sellers website, if your account is not active, send us the payment's transaction and we activate your account.
  • How often can I post an email message?
    • We don't apply a cap on the number of email ads that you send. However, we would be greatly appreciative if you keep the number of message limited to three message a day.
  • What is the difference between a message and an email ad?
    • Messages will show up on our home page (5 message at a time) and also in our RSS. Email ads will go to mail boxes of those who submit a website in our search engine.

    • How long it takes for your search engine to index my website?
      • It usually takes up to 2 weeks before your website appears in our search engine.
    • How can I send a search result?
      • Once you perform a search, next to each line of results you will find an envelope icon. Click on the icon and send the results to up to 3 recipients.
    • How can I advertise on your search engine?
